We welcome you to explore our website and discover the rich history and vibrant community of our priory. Learn about our core values, explore membership opportunities, and find ways to connect with others. Structure and Membership ~The Order offers unique opportunities for service. Our Chaplain’s Corps provides spiritual guidance, while the Chirurgeon’s Corps offers medical expertise. We also recognize individuals of all faiths through our honorary Order of Merit.

Membership is open to Christians of all denominations who share our commitment to service. We uphold the laws of the land and respect individual obligations to their countries. We are a non-political organization focused solely on charitable endeavors.

Driven by Service Inspired by Legacy. The Modern Knights Templar is an Ecumenical Christian and Chivalric charitable Order. We honor the rich history of the Knights Templar, but our mission goes beyond lineage. We aim to emulate their core values in a modern context.

Two important principles guide us. First, we strive to safeguard Christians in need, particularly in the Holy Land and the Middle East where the Christian presence faces challenges. We offer support and protection to the most vulnerable. Second, we promote open access. Just as the original Knights Templar ensured safe passage for pilgrims, we believe Jerusalem should remain a welcoming destination for all people of faith.

Through charitable works and unwavering dedication, the Modern Knights Templar carries forward a legacy of service and compassion.

A Growing Force for Good. Many compassionate individuals seek to make a positive impact. The Order provides a platform for them to do so. Our rapidly growing volunteer base reflects a diverse range of talent and a singular focus on serving our communities.

Our Guiding Principles ~ Faith, Hope, and Charity are our guiding lights. We aspire to serve faithfully, embodying the spirit of Psalm 115:1: “Not unto us, Oh Lord, not unto us, but to Thy Name be given glory.”

Extending a helping hand is another core principle. We offer support to the less fortunate, including the poor, sick, and those facing injustice. We champion freedom of speech and stand against oppression. Finally, we embrace chivalry, upholding its noble ideals while preserving the history and legacy of the Knights Templar.
